I'M NOT PROCESSING REGISTRATIONS NOV 19-DEC 9 2011

• I must receive permanent registrations and fees 1 week prior to the ride. Consider mailing 10 days prior to avoid rejection.
• No refunds. No do overs. You will be allowed to ride another day only as a result of severe and dangerous weather conditions. Snow, black ice, hurricanes.
• Start time is the start time listed on the registration form.
• Prepare your card for submission by:
  
  1. sorting receipts in order
     
  2. circling the times on receipts
     
  3. stapling/clipping receipts to the card
     
  4. entering the receipt control times on your card
     
  5. looking up and entering your RUSA number
     
  6. signing your card
     
• Cards must be returned within 10 days for result submission. If not received within 10 days... DNF
• Contact me if you DNS or DNF a permanent. If you don't... let's not go there at this time.
