| Description | A coast loop 200k. Starts in Fort Stevens at the Pete Iredale parking lot. Heads down the coast on 101 as far as Garabaldi, then returns North to Fort Stevens by quiet inland roads (Miami-Foley, OR53, and Lewis & Clark). There are terrific coastal views on this route and the price to pay is tunnels (push the bicycle in tunnel alert).
Spend the weekend in Astoria or another coast town or campground, or drive out for a day ride. |
