| Description | A decades long favorite. Grand Lodge to Vernonia via Timber. Vernonia through Birkenfeld to a turn around point (we took out the out-n-back north of Vernonia so you must go seven miles past Berkenfeld to get the required distance). Return to Grand Lodge via the Banks Vernonia trail. Those who dislike multi-use trails may compete with the local drivers via Hwy 47. It is longer but with few riders using that option you probably won't be hassled too much. |
